Privacy
The site uses no cookies and collects no personal data of its visitors.
Visit statistics
To count visits we use Simple Analytics, a service with its servers in the Netherlands that uses no cookies and does not store IP addresses. It records only anonymous data: for example the page visited, the site you came from, the country (inferred from the time zone), the type of browser and device and the time spent on the page. Visitors who have turned on “Do Not Track” in their browser are not counted. The full list is in the Simple Analytics documentation.
Applications
When applications are open, the data of the form on the “Join us” page (name, student ID number, email, phone, degree programme and answers to the questions) reaches the team in a Google Sheet of its account. It is used only for the selection: only the people in charge of it read it, and we delete it when the selection is over.
Other services
Fonts, images and 3D models are on the site’s own server: the pages download nothing from other sites, except the Simple Analytics script. The links to social media lead to the sites of LinkedIn, Instagram and GitHub, which have their own privacy rules.
